Starbucks

Standard Starbucks menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Rated average due to lack of power options. I frequent Starbucks when traveling for work, and count on being able to recharge devices while here. This location appears to have a solitary outlet under one small table

I was at the Starbucks today when they had a medical situation occur which resulted in blood on the lobby floor. Once the situation had resolved they only wiped the blood up with dry towels, no bleach or anything to sterilize the surface which is completely unsanitary and a health hazard... i was there for over an hour and a half after the event and they never took any precautions to properly clean the floor. They just continued on as if nothing happened. I would have otherwise gave them a raving review for great customer service and experience but I can't give them anything if they can't even properly take care of cleaning blood properly.

I go here from time to time due to them having more extensive hours than their competing coffeeshop, Riverenza. Riverenza is in almost every respect a superior coffeeshop, but the folks at this Starbucks are both helpful and professional. All Starbucks are about the same, but I'm overall pretty pleased with the one we have here in The Dalles.

They took our order, got it right, all four drinks came out quickly and with a smile. Can you ask for more from a Starbucks?

Staff is great and always friendly. My starbucks of choice in The Dalles.
