O'Reilly Auto Parts

These guys, specifically a guy named Jeff or John, saved my bacon in a huge way. I was on a road trip with my family to see the eclipse down in Baker City back in August. On the way back, our Jeep began intermittently overheating. Not knowing what the problem was, I needed a slew of parts in case I'd have to fix something on the side of the road. Problem was, it was near closing time. I nursed the vehicle 80 miles to this store, where (Jeff, I think) and another guy whose name started with an A, stayed past closing time to wait for us to arrive and sell us the parts we needed. This is an example of customer service you don't often see these days, and I am so grateful they stayed to help us out. The only sad part is, I may not drive through here for a very long time again. But if I did live close, this is the place I would get my parts. Thanks so much, guys!

Great place for auto needs. Be patient when purchasing because any auto parts store is not a fast food store.

This is my favorite place to grab auto parts. They have a big selection and are always willing to go the extra mile to find what you need. Great staff.
