I called ahead to ask if they could help me get a new phone and switch the SIM card, they were very helpful and informative. After speaking with them I drove out to The Dalles and was immediately helped when I walked through the door. Javier provided me with incredible service and made the process so easy. I had a sleeping child in my arms so he had me sit while he took care of everything. I really appreciated the high quality of service I got there and definitely will be going back rather than using our local store. It was worth the 30 minute drive.

I a gift card with $50 left on it and the online store wouldn't let me buy anything more than $50. So i went here and at first they couldn't help me cause my card wouldn't read and for some reason they can't do the numbers. I left frustrated and called the 800 #. They said that they couldn't help. I went back to the store and asked for a manager. I was frustrated and just wanted a new phone case as mine had been stolen a couple a days before. After he talked with some employees they were able to work it out and get me my case. They handled the situation with professionalism and didn't let my frustration grow.

It feels a bit snoozy inside and somehow even a bit run-down, but this stuff I have seen stick around for some time and they're all very helpful and interested in chatting and helping me with what I need service for which is really the point of the place to me. One thing I have always noticed about their customer service is whoever is helping me walks me to the door as I leave, making sure I got all of my questions answered.

They straight up scam you on your trade in's. Read the paperwork.

Customer service very bad they do not care they see you standing up and they ignore you.
