Twisted Indian Modern Wraps

Just ordered for the first time from Twister Indian Modern Wraps, and not satisfied at all. By the time I got my wrap it was a soggy mess and looked like someone just threw it together, it completely fell apart in my hands (I live two minutes from the restaurant there’s no reason it should be like that). I feel like I just wasted my money, won’t be purchasing anything from there again.

Nice place... nice food.... but rude server... Last night she was working like she do not like her job. She was throwing food in the container like she is fed up from something. No greeting. Weird attitude on her face saying why are you come here.... I do not want to serve anything to any body.... But one day a server pick up my call 3 minute before closing and treated so well n was happy and have a great smile on her face even I was little late.

We have been eating and ordering online from Twisted Indian for the past several months and have always been delighted with the food, often recommending it to friends and family, until tonight. When the food arrived, the fries were half full, soggy & barely seasoned, the meat meal looked like someone had just thrown it together and there was so much dressing on the salad that the lettuce was complete mush and was inedible. In addition, the naan bread was over cooked, the extra yogurt was missing and the Dr. Pepper was diet, which is not stated when ordering online. The only reason I am not giving this review one star is because of the excellent service and food we have previously experienced, but it is doubtful that we will eat here again.

I loved the wrap, tasted good. Didn't want to die the next day either. Great place.

Though, writing reviews is not my thing, I am writing to vent my recent disappointment at this place. Being a frequent visitor to Barrie, I visited this place a couple of times early last year just because the service was exceptional. For some reason, the standards of service dropped down so much and it appears the staff changes all the time!! The food was never good except the overly priced Samosa. It is not at all authentic Indian food, Butter chicken is a far cry from the real one and I read it's the same thing about Chicken Tikka as well!!! I also noted the management suggesting some one here to try the hot sauce to make their food spicy, but the concern was never the lack of spiciness it's the lack of flavor in your food. Overly rated Unreal & Expensive Indian Wraps!!!
