Bathroom was disgusting with yellow sinks and black floor behind toilet. Cutlery and plates where dirty, food usually comes still cold. Prices are high for the quality of food. Star is for the nice furniture and tables. Overall disappointed. PLUS NO HALF PRICE APPS after 9 with “new menu” yet

Terrible service, our server was never at the table and by the time we got our food it was room temperature. Not just a one time thing as this happened all three times I’ve been here.

East Side Marios used to be good years ago, but they have gotten cheap and the service and food has gone downhill. Ordered a pizza here for take-out and it came with literally 5 pieces of toppings over the entire pizza, and barely any cheese. I feel completely ripped off. I also had to spend over $10 on a large side salad. So much for value. Also, the home loaf no longer comes with butter. Instead East Side Marios has reached new lows and now hands out margarine with their bread. Seriously? Beyond disappointing, this place isn't what it used to be.

Food is always good, generally fast service but recently have had rude and uninterested servers the last 3 visits

The newer renovation, consists of a crowded seating plan. It's as though they arranged it to fit as many people as possible into one room. It gets very loud! Not to mention the depressing news playing all around the room. The pasta was undercooked and the broccoli was undercooked and cold (and obviously cooked from frozen). The only positive thing about this location is the all you can eat salad.
