The worst Pizzaville in Barrie . Slow services and screwing up orders . No one seems to be on the ball. It's too bad cause the other pizzaville in Barrie are way better. We order and big large and they stretch it too big and then at same time screwed u party pizza for some else . This wasn't first time are pizza got screwed up . last time they burn it too much . Glenn Miller and our family has decide to go else where for pizza. They messed up big time a lot . I real feel then need to fire the staff and fine some better people to run this join on Young st Barrie.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst experience I have had with pizza delivery in my life! Ordered a pizza at 5pm... never arrived... called at 6:39 to ask why my my pizza was not delivered....was told that the driver was AWOL and they couldn't get in touch with him but they would send out a new pizza with a new driver.... at 7:30 when it was also not delivered I called again and they said they never received my order at 5pm!!! Totally contrary to what the first customer service rep said to me and told me that my pizza was out for delivery now and I should receive it shortly! It is now 7:55 and no pizza! I have travelled all day and thinking I would have a quick dinner and go to bed but now I am having toast for my dinner!!! Never again will I order from pizzaville!!!!!

Before ive ordered with Pizzaville ive been ordering from pizza pizza, pizza pizza has messed up my order 6 times and made me waste around 300 bucks, and to top that off their delivery guy was an ass because I wouldn’t give em a 20 dollar tip. Ive ordered pizza from Pizzaville and never had a problem. the pizza is ten times better than pizza pizza

Pizza is always very tasty and lots of toppings. They are never skimpy!
