Easy ordering online and fast delivery. Pizza was not so great though. Thought I was ordering from the Essa location, but as soon as I saw the pizza I knew it was from the Bayfield location. Cold, under cooked, like the pepperoni was slimey. Every time.. The product that comes out this location isn't even comparable to the other. I don't get it.

SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR @ this location! AVOID. I am working with a group of people who find homeless families shelter during extreme cold weather, like last week. My part in this is helping to feed. A single mother of 3 was put up in a motel in Barrie. I placed an order for the family on Friday and wasn't able to pay online. I called the customer service line right away as this needed to be paid for prior to delivery. The CSR called this store and was told they would absolutely not take my CC over the phone. She was shocked, I was shocked, we had explained the situation. Absolutely shameful. Ordered from Pizza Pizza down the street instead.

Always impressed with the pizza from 1am munch nights to 6pm dinners with the family its all been very consistan, i like light sauce pizza and they have never dissapointed me! Thanks so much. Had a minor topping mishap when me and a friend split on a pizza. Gave them a call and they had no hesitation fixing the problem! A new pizza was sent out and i cant be more happy! Highly recommended!!

I ordered a party size pizza I was pissed when I got it it was all smashed together to the point that I would not feed it to my dog I call them back and all they said was we can make a new one n give me a store credit and I told them that I didn't live in barrie so I wanted my money back where I had to wait 45 mins dfoe my refund this is cra n I will never order from them again well at less not this location
