KFC

Was there yesterday. Went to their website to download coupons and phoned ahead to make sure that they were redeemable at the store, and were not online order things. I attend and guess what, the cashier is telling me there is no coupon code, and goes to a typed list on the wall with no pictures or KFC logos and starts telling me what is available, which is not what I wanted. I told her that I downloaded the coupon from their own website. She goes back to the list. How can anyone be so completely stupid as to not honour or consult their own official website? Does she think I hacked their website to save a few dollars on an order? Eventually the manager attends and honours his own coupons. What drama! They make customers feel like thieves.

I have ordered here last week and they have forgotten a piece of my order when i called they told me they would give me a credit and write it in the customer complaint book. so i call today to see if they will honor it and of course i am not even in the system no more and they cant find my phone number or name clearly i have the receipt and they cant even see that. i called again to speak to the manager and she told me (barely speaking English ) to call back later i was very offended then i decide to call later just spent 20 min on the phone with it just ringing they never picked up i wonder if i will ever see the product that i paid for but never got yet.

Ended up waiting a long time for my order. Fast food it's not. Lady at the counter was sincerely apologetic. While I was waiting, saw 2 other complaints about an order screw up. All of our issues seemed to stem from people in the back, not the lady on cash. I wanted a bottle of water with my meal and was told it would be an extra $1. Really? Other places don't do this, and considering how it's on the expensive side of fast food...naw. This KFC is basically THE one in town. Maybe some competition would help?

I'm here right now. Notoriously slow, but that's a given with this place. At least 10 people waiting to get their food most times I've been in. So naturally, the front waiting area is quite crowded. I'm waiting in the only area available, which is by the soft drink machine. A driver just came out of the back with a cup. Move, this guy says. Not excuse me, or do you mind if I sneak in there...just MOVE. Corporate really needs to look at how this place is managed. What a sideshow.

I've read several of the reviews left and that's what prompted me to write my own. I love taco bell so I'm here quite a bit and I haven't had a bad experience yet, the drive thru is sometimes a bit slow but that should be expected when it's busy. I work in customer service and I firmly believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. I am always friendly to the staff and get friendliness back. I feel some of the people who go to this KFC expect the experience to be bad so they act incredibly rude, just be kind and you'll get kindness back. As for the food I'll forever love Taco Bell and KFC haha. Hope this helped a bit!
