True Loaf Bread Company

I bought a day old sourdough loaf on discount. One of the best sourdoughs I've had; perfectly chewy crust, not too dense but not too fluffy on the inside, a great, mild flavour. I'm really impressed and I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fresh, local foods!

Love the bread here. You can never go wrong with the seed loaf. It's got an excellent crust and nice fluffy inside.

When you think of Artisanal, think of this place. Really amazing breads. My favourite is the blue cheese and pear. They used to make a decadent bun, but I haven't seen it lately. It was my 2nd favourite. Both are amazing, especially if you're lucky enough to get warm in the AM. The sourdough miche is great and a great sandwich bread. The baguettes are crusty and flavourful. This is my preferred baguette for garlic bread, sarnies and bruschetta. Staff are always friendly and have a warm smile. Nothing in Ottawa can really compare.

Okay, another nice find in Ottawa. I love when I leave the ByWard market area and find these gems. I got the rustic sourdough rustic white bread and hot cross buns. Loved them both.
