I’d give it two stars because the sandwiches are pretty good, but at the same time the place is overrated. I waited 35mins for a single sandwich for takeout. In my experience this wait time is not uncommon. For this reason I won’t be back. If you can afford to take a day or two off work, its a great place to get a sandwich. You’ll have to make those days up to pay for it though.

Everything on their menu is made with quality products. They have super delicious bread, probably the best cheese bread I've ever tasted. If you like clam chowder you'd probably love theirs. Its a pretty busy place, but the service is fast!

I love art-is-in but you have to know what you're getting into before you go. Yes there are long line ups on weekends for brunch -- it's a popular place. This is not the place to bring your family of 16 or your 5 young kids -- you won't find a place to sit. 

That being said, this place is incredible. Great vibe and he food is amazing. The bread is to die for and the baked goodies are delicious. Juice and coffee is always good and fresh. This place is popular for a reason. The only bad part is the people who can't read simple signs explaining that there is a food line and an express line.

Go early if you don't want to wait. But definitely go, you won't be disappointed.

Food is absolutely delicious. Bread and treats are wonderful.

The downside is that around lunch time you'll wait 10 minutes in line, then another 15 minutes for your order to be prepared. It's usually worth the wait though.

It's a nice place, but it is overrated. The people there are cool and their pastries are good, but they think they are cooler and that their pastries are awesome. I would go there again, but only if someone paid for me. There are better places for me to spend my money.
