Well I dont normally do reviews like this, but after a few days I feel compelled to do so.nMy Gf and I ordered Panera from Uber eats two days ago. I decided to try a vegetarian option based on her recommendation, the mediterranean sandwich and chicken noodle soup.nIt was really good until I felt something hard in my mouth after biting my sandwich.... I reached in my mouth and pulled out a half inch screw. I was shocked to say the least.nI figured I would let Panera know that there was a screw in my sandwich. I didnt want a new sandwich, obviously why would I, and frankly I didnt want a refund or anything monetary. Just to let them know about it.nI called and the person who answered was as shocked as I was. She told me to hold while she got the manager. After some time the manager came on and she told me right away that they dont have anything in their kitchen that has screws. I told her thats cool but the fact remains there was a screw in the middle of my sandwich. She told me to take it up with Uber....nI just told her ok, I will do that. I did ask for her email so she could at least see it. In the email I told her that if there are no screws in the kitchen, she should look at her staff because it got there somehow. HahanThe more I thought about this interaction the less impressed I was. I asked for nothing from them and got even less. A little empathy would have gone a long way.nSo now they can have this review so that others can at least watch their meals for mysterious objects. Lol. Pictures attached.
What can I say, a coffe to the perfection not acidic- not bitter the bread heavenly made. Love the place and the menu.nKimberly, was the cherry on top. With bright smile on her face and welcoming tone and body language. A regular customer came in and she treated them like a loved family members. It’s homey, cozy and friendly. Very disappointed. We had delivery to the hospital. The French onion soup came with no bread, no cheese and is not great tasting. There were 3 breads just thrown in the bag with no butter or knife. When we called they stated that head office told them no more butter or knives with orders. This food is not worth the price.
The worst food on earth!nCold chicken, extremely low-quality and stale lettuce and other ingredients.nThe portion was tiny, and the chicken was ice cold.nTotally not worth the price, I wouldn’t even take free food from this restaurant again.
I generally love this restaurant and the food is fantastic. The service today at the front counter was terrible. The counter server was curt, abrupt and dismissive. After ordering food, she gave us our total without giving us a chance to order beverages. Such a disappointment for today as this is always such a pleasant place to grab a yummy lunch.
