I loved the almond chocolate croissant! The smoked salmon bagel is not that good. The tea is really bad, more like water flavored with tea! Customer service is not bas, although it wouldn't hurt if that lady smiled.

When this bakery was on the first level at the Rideau Centre some 20 years ago the owner took pride of how everything was made...he gave lots cause his prices were high. It changed over to upstairs, still the food was great and still a little pricey. I hadn't been for the last two years as it changed hands again and wasn't sure...So this morning I got my "usual" (2 ham and cheese croissants) I was soooo disappointed!!! the croissant don't taste fresh anymore, the cheese was only at the ends along with the small cut piece of ham...and instead of being $6 it was $9 ish...well I'm not satisfied and my 20 years crush on this pastry has ended!
