Loblaws

Beyond the usual stuff of proper management, I am giving this branch of Loblaws 5 stars due to the excellent service of one particular employee named Nathan. He is the 2nd fastest cashier I have ever seen and made my checkout so enjoyable that I consider him the very best cashier I ever ever come across. Even though it was incredibly busy, he served me with grace and kindness. The rest of the customer team stands out well too, they are well trained and a show exemplary skill in how they handle customer issues. Well done by store manager Mr. Cross!!

Monday not a good day to visit shelves empty bread products overflowing with 50%off same with meats in kosher and regular retail meats. Not enough checkouts. Organic vegables not well marked or separated from regular produce. Kosher shelving near empty.Too much merchandise between entrance and exits so lacks room for people

This is my favorite place to shop and i come here often on my days off with my mum. I find they have the best stuff, and quality, and quantity and if i cannot find something i can always get a rain check, and they are very very accommodating, i have never had a problem at all with them. I like this store very much and the food is always fresh and great :)

Wow, this really is a one stop shop. Well, you can't buy a car or a house, but you can get pretty much everything else...including a fresh cup of Tim Hortons coffee!! Fresh produce, good service, very busy. Floors are clean in some areas, and not so clean in others. Fish market definitely has a distinctive aroma. Having shopped in other locations across the city, there are some noticably higher prices. Overall good experience.

Sunday night grocery/beer shopping at Market Square Loblaws. DON'T DO IT! This normally well-run and excellently stocked store had become a shadow of its normal self. Most shelves were semi empty - not even a wiff of restocking activity anywhere. Produce selection...SAD. To make matters worse the beer coolers (all open and accessible) were actually just a 'cruel joke' - as I was told at the checkout that beer sales had stopped at 6 p.m. as per LCBO's archaic rules. Fair enough this is not Loblaws fault but they could at least lock up them there fridges or put a gigantic curtain over them to not temp and then disappoint thirsty beer drinkers. So glad that Big Rig iver on Iris sells beer to go! Work to do Loblaws management ! Get it done !.
