Troy Storage

I do not review places but felt compelled in this instance. It snowed approx 1.5 inches 5 days prior to my move out date and my storage unit was completely inaccessible due to ice on move out day. I could barely stand in the lane let alone load up a truck. I'm not sure how they believe making people's property unavailable for weeks is a good business strategy. I will have to rent another truck and take additional time off work to move the items. I spoke with management and they couldn't care less. The clerk was already being told about the ice by another customer when i first tried to report the issue and they got the same mistreatment. Manager was extremely rude, cursed at me, and used vulgar language. Check in/out took forever. Unit was relatively clean but lots of spiders. I would not recommend.

The folks at Troy Storage always take great care of me. I have rented several storage unit over the years, and all have been clean and secure. The current Manager John is always pleasant and willing to help. It's also very helpful that they are also a U-Haul Dealer, since several times I've needed a larger truck to move stuff in and out of storage.

The place is well lit and secure. The manager went above and beyond to get me a unit for a classic car I recently purchased. The prices are really fair too

Very clean units. Friendly and helpful staff! Very fair pricing and will let you know when your payment is about to be over due to avoid late charges.

I rented a unit for over 2 years here, if it wasn't for some miscommunication between staff and manager I would have given 5 star. I believe somehow my deposit and an over charge from auto billing

They were very friendly and full of helpful advice. Helped me adjust the stiff side view mirrors.

Always clean well patrolled

Far better than i expected it to be. The guy there was quite decent and informative. Would recomend to anyone needing a storage place.

Dont use this place. My unit flooded and they didnt let me know and keep raising their charges
