I have rented storage units here twice, two years apart, and have never had any issues with Pad Mini (managed by Welcome Home). They have been helpful and honest by pro-rating monthly bills if you start renting in the middle of the month or move out early, as well as returning the deposit is you leave the unit looking nice.

Decent storage facility. Good location, appears to be well kept enough. Close to horrible customer service. Customer service folks seem very uninterested in answering any questions at all. Guess they can get away with it since they're in Moscow and storage is a premium. Not impressed overall.
