A+ Storage

I've been trying to get a storage unit here for several days now. The first day I called, there was a nice guy on the phone, but I was just pricing. The second day I wanted to get the unit, but nobody was available to open it, and the extent of the woman's helpfulness was, "You should have called yesterday!" Then she said Monday we could get one, even though it was a holiday. I thought great! How nice of them to be available! Nope, I was wrong. We called, and were told we couldn't get one, end of conversation. On the FOURTH day, nobody would even answer the phone or call us back. I will NEVER make the mistake of trying this place again... especially since I may be forced to get rid of some furniture now, thanks to how much time they've wasted me. (Against my wishes, my boyfriend called again today. He got ahold of the person we needed, who said she wasn't going to be available anytime soon - of course - .... then she gave us a number to call so that a different person could let us in. Not surprisingly, that person never answered the phone nor called us back.)
