Storage Spot

This is a long overdue review. We rented a spot to use over the summer of 2016, indoors and upstairs. I specifically asked if we should worry about rodents (some storage companies use traps and these guys don't), I was mocked by the guy at the cashier. We came back in September to find our suitcases and backpacks STINKING. Also, there's no climate control whatsoever, the building was STEAMING HOT inside. We were on a very tight schedule to move across the country so we emptied the room in a hurry and checked out. Then we realized that the stink was coming from animal urine. We had to empty all suitcases and get rid of them. Our clothes were stained with urine that seeped through the fabric of the suitcase and we had to throw them away, too. It was a total mess and we had no time to go back and discuss the situation. Well, what can I say? Check your belongings with a portable blacklight if you use this place to store your stuff.

Location is incredibly convenient for those who live downtown or near the University of Idaho along Highway 8 and A Street or on campus. Service is good. We asked for a 5x5 unit but decided it wasn't quite big enough and the management offered us an older 5x7 unit (not as nice but bigger) for the same price. Very accomdating and have affordable prices. Certainly better than U-Haul's prices. *24 Hour Access *Good location, easily accessible *Affordable prices *Good service *Moving truck available to rent
