Aw-Stuff-It Mini Storage

Units are in amazing shape, insulated, pest free (I left 4 glue traps in my unit for four months and they had nothing on them) and secure. Owner is straightforward, helpful, and no nonsense. Best storage units in Moscow hands down, and at the best price in town.

Took my card and information for billing some 6 months down the line they forgot to charge me one month charged me for a regular month skipped another month. They lock me out of my storage shed, cut two locks (because I'm just a paranoid person). Called them the day before Thanksgiving to find out say they attempted to contact me (have not received a phone call nor a paper copy) tell me have refuse to help me receive my stuff. So I am stuck in town the day of Thanksgiving unable to move home and help my wife take care of my mother because of the price of fuel for travel more then the needed trip. They tell to bad I'm busy with my family. Thank you very much for acting likes jerks and treating your customers like the back end of a cow.

Gave them my card number for direct debit, which I was told would be no problem, but just got a note in the mail that my unit is double locked and a $15 late fee charged for being 3 months past due... all because they forgot to charge me? Get your act together, guys.
