Fun chocolate shop to visit when you’re in Victoria! They also carry some goodies and knick knacks for souvenirs. I can imagine the amazement in kids eyes when they walk in and see the ice cream station where the magic happens! I’d say to choose a size down from what you think you want as the portion was fair and it’s a LOT of sweetness. I found the sweetness overpowering and was good for about the first 3 licks and then it was just too much for me. Perhaps I’d order a smaller size next time and without the sauces. It was a nice experience nonetheless and for families/ groups they do have some pricing promotions which is always nice for the wallet! They have about 4 seats inside the shop along the window-not a table and public seating outside picnic style tables and seats. If you’re lucky you’ll hear buskers playing music! Staff weren’t overly nice and for tourists and locals! it would have been nice to have a bit more excitement and kindness with infractions but maybe that was just a one off evening we observed about 4 other interactions aside ours and was all met with the same monotonous/uninterested tone

Fun ice-cream place with dipped cones with all kinds of crazy flavors! Great place to take the family for a treat! The cones are huge! We got a medium and would probably go smaller next time as they are very filling.

It's a really cool experience where you get to customize your ice cream in any way you want really. Have a ton of great chocolate products aside from ice cream and really cater to those chocolate lovers out there. If you're not really into chocolate, such as myself, it may not be as desirable. Most of the toppings are chocolate based but I guess that's why most people go. Got the ultimate brownie sundae and it comes with a load of different chocolate toppings. The flavor is really good, but it's honestly just way too sweet. My girlfriend and I shared it and we both got through half and didn't want to finish due to how sweet it was. didn't try anything else but it looks like a lot of people were enjoying it.

Super popular ice cream shop on Government street in downtown Victoria. Lots of ice cream options, including vegan options and gluten free in a cup instead of a cone, as well as products such as the fondue sauces sold as well. Very busy, come when you have time to stand in line, it’s worth the wait. Take your ice cream outside to the seating areas along the car free street and enjoy the sunshine and live music. This is downtown Victoria in the summer at it’s absolute finest.

Known for there very creative toppings and flavours, Chocolats Favoris is a must when trying to crave a sweet tooth! I would recommend trying a variety of cones, and upgrading in size is definitely worth it, the ice cream is huge. The other snacks and such are also very tasty and great for gifts. The colours, smells, and services creates a welcoming environment. One of the best ice cream shops in the city! The ice cream was soooooo delicious!!! I got the vanilla ice cream dipped in milk chocolate and really liked it! I ordered the small size but it was too much for me. Next time I’d probably stick with the mini. If you’re not sure about a dipping flavour, you can ask them to give you a sample to try it.

Got the mini cones but they were bigger than I thought! Extremely soft and creamy - loads of topping options to choose from. Would come back to try different flavours!

Ordered the hazelnut dark chocolate flavour and it’s so good!! I love the fact that the chocolate coating is so thick, it somehow prevents the ice cream from melting. Also, the presentation is really good as well, would love go back and try other flavours! Oh yes, the staff were very patient and explained everything to us. Highly recommend!

Soooo good. I was definitely eating with my eyes. I couldn't even finish my small cone. This place is awesome!! Chocolate and ice cream dreams coming true.

The ice cream look good in pictures but they’re way too sweet. We order two small size ice cream cone chocolate and cotton candy flavors but couldn’t finish them. The ice cream is wrapped with a very hard layer of chocolate, and it takes a very long time for the kids to get to the ice cream park. I would say this is more for chocolate lovers who can tolerate sweetness, not for ice cream lovers who just want to cool down with yummy ice creams.
