I have an upstairs room.    The hotel looks like a dump from the outside but inside it looks like a really nice cute apartment.

Located in a good area, only a couple minutes from downtown. The price is great for what it is. The rooms are a little dated, but still pretty awesome for the price. There's a TV in every room, a separate thermostat for every room, a stove and microwave and medium sized fridge, fully stocked cupboards with pots and pans, paper towels, cups, plates, silverware. It's pretty awesome! Free WiFi too, which is unexpected for an older place. The owner was real nice, as was the cleaning staff. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent value for your money. If you're thinking you.don't want to camp but don't want to pay a lot this place is great. Clean and comfortable.

Absolutely disappointed,  
We stay here A lot, and it seems everytine we do we have issues with Megan, one person at night will tell us one price and actually print off a breakdown, but in the am in charged 40 dollars more, and if you confront be prepared, they are NOT a resort but yet will charge an extra 15 dollars for a resort fee, no matter what room you stay in it seems in the am the housekeepers are always nearby laughing and talking loudly. Almost like trying to coax you put, and last thing they have this new system you must have a credit card to stay here, no cash or debit cards from your bank, got basically treated like a 5 year old because I don't use credit cards, just skip this place and get yourself an air b&b, MUCH CHEAPER and nicer!!!

Cant beat the price for the location. Rooms are comfortable enough for a family or two couples. Small kitchenete to prepare a few things. Tvs in every room. Staff is beyond accomidating. Only reason I didnt put 5 stars is because the rooms could use a little modern makeover. But all in all a great place.
