He was blown away by the gorgeous private beach and view as well as how accommodating the staff was (even with his late check in). The clean rooms let him get a good night's sleep and location near US-31 let him get back on the road quickly for his next gig, but not before enjoying the amazing complimentary breakfast! Best Experience we have ever had with any place of Business let alone a hotel. The Staff is absolutely the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff we have ever had. My wife n I were there celebrating her Birthday she came down with an illness the next day and we were suppose to check out by 11am. We had only booked one night but with her being sick we couldn't travel to our next destination. The Staff was amazing they accommodated another room for us to stay in. While they were preparing that room they let my wife n I stay in our room for her to rest with out disturbance which was way past check out. 2 hrs later they rang us it was ready. We got into our room and it's was Beautiful. My wife sick and resting I hear a knock at the door... It's a staff Members with a care bag for my wife they had went shopping across the street and got her Vernors (Ginger Ale) and Saltines and made sure if we needed anything to call Them. House keeping even brought a few things to our door we had left in the other Room. We will 100% Be going back. Best Experience Ever!

Had a Great Stay. Love the 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub. Very Good Breakfast. Free gourmet coffees. Clean room with a nice view of the water, but the best part was the staff. Kyndra at the front desk was great. Excellent customer service. Very glad we stayed here.

Cherry Tree Inn is one of my favorite places to stay in TC. The rooms feel luxurious and large. There was plenty of space for my wife and I to spread out. The staff was very accommodating and the shuttle service to down town is an awesome perk to get down town. We stayed in April this year, and while it was a bit chilly, the view of the bay was what I would call Pure Michigan! Johnathan booked our stay and was very professional and made sure we had the perfect room for our tastes. We are looking to come back again in May next year!

My stay at Cherry Tree Inn and Suites in Traverse City, MI was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and the room was huge, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the bay. I also enjoyed the free breakfast and they had free shuttles to the downtown area so it was easy to enjoy the nightlife in town as well as the quieter beach area where the hotel is. I'll definitely be back!
