This hotel provided an economical option for 4 adults to share a room. Room had a loft with a second queen bed. Check in employee was extremely courtesy and helpful. Since true suite options are hard to find, will most likely stay at this property again when we venture north on our wine tasting adventures.

We visited Traverse City earlier this spring and stayed at the Best Western Plus. I'm so glad we did! The service was fantastic (friendly, flexible and accommodating staff). The shuttle drivers are awesome and are full of history and suggestions for area attractions. They are pet friendly and their rooms are comfortable and clean. Great prices and great location. Whenever we go back, we will definitely be staying at this hotel!

It was SUPER dry in our rooms. Maybe the furnace humidifier hadn’t been set since winter started. We woke with dry, irritated throats both mornings. Otherwise it was a great stay. The breakfast station was impeccably kept. Our coffees were continually warmed by the friendly staff. The fitness room was clean and had water and fresh towels. The pool was warm and the surrounding area was tidy and clean. The ladies at the front desk (Tracey and Christy) even helped us find a chauffeur for our wine tour! We felt very welcome.

If you need a place to stay in Traverse City this is it. If you are traveling with your dog this is DEFINITELY the place. Clean, friendly, well managed and staffed. No disappointments or surprises here.

Great Hotel. We upgraded to the queen loft and it was great. The rooms are smaller, but difinatley work and have enough room. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel looks old/odd as you get there for the first time, but dont worry, it is worth the stay.
