No in-room refrigerator is a serious inconvenience considering that Traverse City is such a foodie city. No swimming pool either. Great view of the west bay, spa-style shower is a plus too. Walking distance from all of downtown. No free on-site parking; valet only costs $12/day. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but there are better priced ones with better amenities all around TC and nothing about this one stands out.

Fantastic location right next to the lake and warehouse district. Easy walk to front street. No quick on site parking, but they have valet where you can park overnight (you can also get your car during the day too). Design and decor of the room and the hotel were fantastic. Great trip, especially the price during off season.

Our room had a wonderful view of Grand Traverse Bay. We watched the moods of the weather change over the days we were there. This is easy walking distance to shops and eateries downtown and to the parks on the bay. Very nice room and amenities. We would recommend to our friends!

This place is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I got very sick while I was there during my visit and they were very helpful and allowed our reservations to extend 5 extra days then what we originally planned for. They even gave us information on emergency clinics and hospitals also they are pet friendly and would have let my service dog stay whether she was one or not. They didn't even care about her paper work. Now the the grand traverse resort were very picky and needed it at once. It's just sad because grand traverse resort was where our conference was at and had to stay at another hotel.. That's fine, THANK YOU INDIGO HOTEL...

This is a great hotel with views of the lake. It is within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants. The hotel bar and restaurant are good as well. The happy hour specials are worth it. The gym is adequate for a hotel and the rooms are spacious and modern. There is plenty of room in the bathroom. The staff is great. You do have to valet your car but it is free.
