Travelodge Calgary University

It is been three weeks here total. Never had any day without any issue. Never found my room clean toilet never cleaned, never vacuumed, never picked up any glasses or used napkins, it is been three days and did not change my pillow covers or bed sheets. front desk person name is Ariel she was never nice to me.i always try to talk to her nicely and ask any question to her she was always rude every single time. my company is booking hotel for next three weeks and i will recommend them not to book here. terrible experience.

Nice and clean rooms. A lot of parking space in the back so there was no problem parking. Had a problem with the shower drain but it was fixed as soon as I brought it to the front desk. If you are an AMA member you get further discount. So don't forget to ask about that when you check in.

The hallway rugs were always dirty. The staff was hard to get along with. The hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but one of the staff members raised his hands in the air and yelled I'm dog free when the dog was clearly nowhere near him. I felt that his behavior was completely inappropriate considering he sat and laughed about it afterwards. Every morning I was woke up by alarms that had been set in other people's rooms. This continued even after I already told them to turn them off. While rechecking in on my 4rth night I could not find my credit card. After being rejected to stay I decided to sit on the front couch and get myself organized. That was when the person behind the front desk told me that I was a vagrant and that I needed to get out. I had never been so insulted in my life. These people are unbelievable rude and unprofessional.

Easily accessible. Quiet, simple rooms. Front desk staff are excellent and will help anywhere they can.

My wife and I have stayed in a few Travelodges in Calgary. Many of them were sub par. This one was exceptionally good. The lobby was sparkling clean. The staff were professional and efficient. The room was in pristine condition. The bathroom was sparkling, and the bed was relaxing. For our included breakfast we got excellent coffee, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt. We'll probably stay here from now on when in Calgary.
