We’ve taken the conventional gym membership and burned it to the ground. I have been going to Bang for seven months now. My confidence and body have transformed. The coaches are all great! They are real people who care about helping you achieve your goals. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym... but the Hybrid program at Bang has changed that attitude. Can't wait to see and feel the results of the next seven months!

Bang has been great! Today I started my third routine and things couldn't be going better. Today I discovered I could touch my toes with straight legs for the first time in my life. I've been very active for a few years now but I haven't progressed this fast before. The coach's do a great job of pinpointing incorrect form and don't let you get away half ass-ing any movement. I enjoy the variety in the programs and really enjoy the entire team that works there as well as the other people training. I made the switch from a close by gym that I had been at for 3 years, Bang is my new jam.

I've loved Bang since the minute I walked in...I'd never joined a gym before and felt awful about myself. This gym has restored my confidence in myself and the idea that I can get fit even if that doesn't mean looking like a magazine. Most of the coaches are amazing people and get to know you on a personal level. Can't say enough great things about this place.

This is easily the best gym in the city! I participated in the January 2017 edition of the Women's Strength Intensive and had a great experience. I came in with no experience with kettle bells, deadlifts, and bench press and left feeling confident in both my form and my limits. The coaches and staff are amazing, they listen to what you have to say and work with you to help you achieve your goals. The environment of is very welcoming and inclusive - I never felt judged for my inexperience with the techniques from either the coaches or the other members. I also liked that the goals had nothing to do with body weight (like other gyms that aim at women frequently do) but rather with strength and personal records. I highly recommend this gym to anyone because of how great the staff are, regardless of level. They truly just want to help you feel stronger.

Bang is the perfect gym for people who hate the gym. I'd always felt awkward and out of place at most gyms so I never went more than once or twice. Bang has a completely different vibe that is welcoming, friendly, and supportive. The training is outstanding. I have noticed a massive increase in my strength and overall physical fitness. I love Bang and I look forward to my workouts there.
