2024 January 3nAn Asian supermarket with a pretty good selection of products given the store footprint. While not a mega store, this place has some very good pricing. Better than others at times and caters to the area.nSeafood, meat, fruits and vegetables. It's all here.nnPros: advertised prices are pretty cheap overall.nCons: it's inside the peanut plaza and can have limited parking.

This supermarket is a short drive from my work, but it was my first visit. It's situated in the odd island that is Peanut Plaza.nThe store was well maintained and clean. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate.nI was there specifically to grab some meat that was on sale - and the lady at the meat counter was very friendly we spoke in Cantonese - offering suggestions on what the cut could be used for.nProduce selection was quite good. It was interesting to see the seafood in a little cordoned off room - but I guess it keeps the water and fishy smells from permeating the rest of the store.nCashiers were quick. Overall, it was an average but nice asian grocery store.

The staff is really rude. It was my first time to visit this place. But feel no one was interested to help to find products. Not very welcoming environment.

Was great. Found alot of the Asian ingredients and sauces I was looking for. To make dishes. For a decent to cheap deal price. Plus their produce for selection is out of this world... cahiers could be a bit more friendly. The stock attendants more then made up for it though, on letting me know where certain items were, that I was in need of. Will definitely go back once I have more time.

It's enough to make you wonder if the supermarket's pricing strategy is based on some sort of twisted game of monopoly rather than any semblance of market logic.nnIn conclusion, unless you enjoy the sensation of being financially fleeced at every turn, I would strongly advise giving this supermarket a wide berth. There are plenty of other options out there that offer the same items at a fraction of the cost, leaving you with more money in your pocket and fewer regrets at the end of your shopping trip.
