Longo's Bayview

Zero customer service. The Bayview location north of Steeles is not a good place to shop. Today paid more than $100 for grocery, I had forgotten a jar of blueberry jam in the cart, the cashier Arichan came and hastily grabbed it from the cart to scan it as if I wanted to steal the $2 jar, he and his colleague were extremely rude. Today you lost a dedicated customer of 20 years and all of her friends and family. To the store manager: You need to uphold Longos core values in your store. I moved to this area two years ago and in comparison to other locations your staff are poorly trained. Most of them have no idea what is customer service and how they should behave in the store. I have never ever been disrespected like this in any retail store let alone a longos store. Receipt number:679149.

The store is neat and organized. Yet, their Hot table food was not worth the money we paid. Except salmon, everything was stale and tasteless. Not trying again!

Small grocery, but top notch fruit and vegetable section...everything fresh and clean... no rotting, near or past their best before dates... can find cheaper elsewhere but for items that I want to be of high quality, this grocery meets that need.

I went there 3 times for an item that was on sale on their flyer for 2 consecutive weeks and it was never in stock. Not the first time. I feel like I'm wasting my time and money by trying to get back hoping to get this item stocked. If you cannot make this item available at least once in 2 week, then don't advertise it. So disappointing

I’m very happy and impressed by Sharon from the bakery department. Had 2 bday cakes ordered for my child’s 8th & 9th bday with customized ideas. They were delivered with total care and love I would say. Sharon is very creative, patient & thoughtful. Would highly recommend and will be going back again for many more occasions! As stated went back for my daughter’s 10th bday - black belt theme & again for a gorgeous gender reveal cake check the pics out! Sharon went above and beyond with customer’s needs. All the quality food items that you need to make great meals and run your household! Been shopping here since it opened years ago.

Don't buy minced beef, had several tiny bone pieces came out and my baby almost swallowed it, and cried in pain for chewing this sharp debris. Terrible QC.

I have been visiting this specific location for the past 3 years almost daily. Great place for a quick selection of wraps or sandwiches for a quick lunch or hot-ready meals. As a grocery store this place goes above and beyond with an in store pastry section, sushi, hot food, and pre-packaged meals.

Good service and staff. A bit overpriced. Decor a bit aged and not as nice as other Longo's, but an OK choice as a neighborhood store.

I'm so impressed with my daughters birthday cake. The Longos staff are extremely helpful and made a cake everyone loved. I will definitely be getting my kids cake here from now on.
