Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop

They have a unique queue system in lieu of booking. Was great at first. Getting a spot is increasingly difficult. Usually 1-3 hour waits when they aren't already fully booked. I have also booked online, but their text notifications are unreliable. I've had it fail a couple times now. I've been told it happens there from time to time. Consistently great service, the staff know how to cut hair. Would give 5 stars if not for the frustration of getting in.

Elyse was incredible ! I had reservations about the classic shave but wow, I am sold and will be coming back ! The attention to detail and the extra time she took was a reflection of how this employee values her job. She put time into every detail to ensure it was carried out correctly. It was like being at a man spa for an hour, I had never experienced that before, I’ve now decided I like being pampered. When you hired Elyse you hired a quality employee who cares about her job and her customers, she’s the reason I would return and if she’s not there then I’m not coming back. When you go to Tommy Gun's make sure you ask for Elyse !

The atmosphere is great with welcoming and professional staff. She made fast work of my hair, doing a damn near perfect job. The traditional shave was much more then I expected, heat raps, treatments, etc. Felt absolutely amazing. This place is on the pricey end of things but worth every dollar!

Not impressed! Waited 30 minutes in line for the store to open with two people ahead of me (we were in a rush because it's my son's birthday party and we were getting his hair cut). We walk in the door at 11am when it opened still two people ahead of us to look up and see 15 people on the board ahead of us. Leaving us with a 45 minute wait. Apparently people can log online from home, hallway or wherever and reserve a spot. I am so MAD. Got my son's hair cut today but will not come back. I hate being inconvenienced.

First time at Tommy Gun’s. Thought I would spoil myself today...and I did. Shave and head shave - Great experience. Karlee did an amazing job. Friendly, confident, and a real pro. Looking forward to next time!
