This is my go to place to buy my tape in extensions and they always have been amazing quality! I have gotten up to a years use out of a single pack, and that's with colouring! However the last pack I got matted horribly no matter what I did. I emailed customer service explaining my situation and they immediately responded to me and replaced my extensions free of charge! New pack was the same great quality I was used to so it must have been a faulty pack. Needless to say, great customer service! You really stand behind your product, and I appreciate the replacement as extensions are expensive. Will be back very soon for my next set!

What a joke! I went in today to buy 4 wigs because I just got my hair cut off and I miss my long hair. I am new to Langley, so I thought I would check this place out. I had to be let into the location via a buzzer..once I walked in, I said to the sales staff (woman, long blondish hair), wow that's some security, eh? And I laughed. She replied VERY sternly, 'YES MA'AM!' Like I was supposed to be concerned because I might be planning to steal 10 wigs and run away?? I let that slide..I started browsing the store and she just took there...no greeting, no smile no offer to ask what I was looking for...nothing... After about 3 minutes of being sized up (I am President of the largest Mystery Shopping company in Canada, so I don't look like a criminal..) and my Range Rover was parked in front of the store - I said, you know..I am very interested in your merchandise, but you haven't said one word to me not even hello! She got argumentative and said, 'YES, I DID!'...Nope, you didn't. I listen for that type of thing, because that's my business - customer service. So, I left. As I left, I said, yeah, go ahead and guard your wigs because you're not going to be selling 4 of them to me today...So, thanks for letting me know what a great security guard you are. But your customer service is non existent and there are a lot of other places that would love to have my $1,000.00 today. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression. Instead of telling me about your security, try a friendly HELLO and HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY? Enjoy the wigs you didn't sell.

When I first walked in to this store on a week day morning it was busy! Other customers were happy and knew the worker by name. This was a good start! The girl working was friendly and helped me choose the appropriate tape in hair. I dyed the hair with permanent dye and it took the colour perfectly, not changing the quality. It's 2 months later and my hair has seen chlorine and sea water, and still is in great condition. My hair stylist has asked me where I get my hair as it's such great quality and they want to switch from where they buy their hair!! Will definitely be back for future purchases!

Best place for European hair extensions in Canada, good customer service and they are able help with any concern or hair problem. Well worth the price and the quality is excellent!

I've been buying my hair extensions from 360 Hair Inc since they opened. The one thing I love is the look on men and women's faces when I show them that I have extensions in. The statement that always comes after that is I would have never known! Thats how I know I'm spending my money at the right place. Along with always getting amazing service I'm always educated on how to take care of my extensions so that they always look their best! Thank you for providing such a true and honest product !!!
