Make sure you read all the policies before signing anything. The information being given regarding the treatment programs is both incomplete and incorrect, but very legally binding. For example, seems like an important piece of information to leave out while explaining their full body package and "lifetime guarantee": the unlimited treatments are for a limited time 16 months and the lifetime guarantee is a $250 annual program that you will automatically be charged every year moving forward. Hm, good to know. They do not schedule you for the consultation that is required for your first appointment, so make sure you ask for additional time; this is more complicated than it sounds, scheduling is the worst part. I have only had 1 appointment, but I have been scheduled incorrectly 3 times so far. First appointment they scheduled me for just legs, and my bikini and arm pits the next day, so I could eventually get them all at the same time and I was told to shave 24-48 hours before appointment. Then, I got an email saying to shave within 24 hours. I showed up, the consultation took up some of the appointment time, so I was now getting my armpits and bikini because they wouldn't have time for my legs. I was then told not to shave for 5-7 days prior to my appointments, lots of different information there, but I'll obviously just listen to the nurse. My nurse asked the receptionist to book a follow up appointment 6 weeks later for the full body since I would be getting my legs the next day. I leave, they call, the next days appointment isn't long enough to do my legs, reschedule. Next available date, 4 WEEKS later don't forget, my 16 months has started and is ticking away. So I say "well, if I'm getting my legs done 4 weeks from now, I won't be able to get my whole body done during my next appointment, as we currently have it scheduled. Can I reschedule it now so that there is still some decent availability?" "No, our schedule for December isn't open yet, call back another time.". No problem. So, they said they rescheduled my legs for 4 weeks later, a Tuesday, I put it in my calendar right away, because I would need to leave work early that day to make it in time. This time I didn't get any confirmation for the appointment, so Tuesday comes and I call to confirm my appointment time. It's actually been made for the Wednesday not Tuesday - awesome. Before we hang up, I ask to please book a follow up appointment for my legs 6 weeks out from Wednesday. She says "you already have an appointment on November", I told her I know, but I won't be able to get my legs done during that appointment because it's too soon, so it will only be my armpits/bikini area, I need to make an appointment for my legs now that December's schedule is open. She tells me I also don't get to keep the appointment I have in November, because it was scheduled for a full body, and that's not what I'm getting. So I said "okay, but I can still have my appointment on the Saturday right? You're the 3rd person I've spoken to about not being able to get my legs done during that appointment, everyone knew it wasn't scheduled correctly." "I can't guarantee that". Follow up appointment for my legs, scheduled for 9 weeks after the first appointment. How does Ideal Image make me feel? Deflated and uncomfortable.
My experience with ideal image Langley has been positive. I’ve had several different nurses but it feels like working with a team. I was very happy after my appointment with Jin today. She was knowledgeable and kind, and seemed to really care how the process was for me.
Scam!!! Don’t allow yourself to be fooled by this company! I wish I read the reviews before calling. They signed me up right away for the membership special for $250 and then got me to take out a loan I wasn’t 100% sure about and I got approved and was tricked into making a first paying of $37.50. But the loan company approved and held $300. I did not agree to this!! So I cancelled the lady on the virtual said she didn’t accept the loan $750. However a day goes by and it’s accepted. Now I have to dispute the amount and cancel the loan on affirm. During all this with the loan issue, I read online that they call you to reschedule your appointment. AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID. So I said I had a weird feeling this would happen and to just cancel and refund my membership, they didn’t and accepted the payment! I’ve been on the phone for over two days with ideal image trying to get them to cancel everything, they leave me on hold continuously and won’t call me back either. I called from a blocked number and somehow they knew my information on where I calling from. Langley. I plan to go legally to deal with this as yet again nobody has called me back or given me any information on my cancellation. Now they will have to lawsuit on them which I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn’t the only one trying to bring this scam company down.
I wish I can give them no stars at all because they clearly don’t deserve it.They are scammers. They will contact you and do video call whatever then one of their team member will tell you that you can take this service and will provide you with financing plan. When you go to take the treatment they will tell oh no we can’t do that on your skin because it’s not suitable then why the heck you will book me when I first consulted you on video call and knowingly that I have pregnancy mask on my face and not regular pigmentation. They took my money and never refunded the first initial payment and when I called them they told me oh we refunded you in full. The customer service is really bad and not helpful at all..Don’t go to them… They’re the worst!!!!Service: BBL photo facial

I have been coming to ideal image for the past 8 months for hair removal; I have seen phenomenal results that I wouldn’t have expected. My confidence has improved dramatically. Today I did my treatment with Sandy - she was very kind and explained the process to me and was really diligent to make sure that I don’t get any skin irritations. Previously Monika was my nurse and she was very pleasant, she made me feel very comfortable and she took really good care of pretreating and cleaning the area being lasered - I was getting white bumps after the treatments but she cleansed and took care of my skin and it was very comfortable afterwards. I went through the whole financing thing and it was difficult. I’m stuck to pay $1671 for a service I haven’t even attended nor do I ever want to attend ever because they won’t refund me because I signed a contract. Yes, I should’ve not signed a contract, but I felt pressured into it. This is legit horrible service. Do not go to this place. I’ve gone to the police about this too. I filed a complaint through BBB too. Nothing so far. And also, they don’t pick up their phone or email back to you. I’ve been dealing with this since Sept 21 and still no answer. I am truly frustrated. Online it says you can cancel within 30 days but nope. They won’t let me. Also, they will reply with an automated reply. This doesn’t mean anything. I have wrote how many reviews and still no one has reached out to me. I have called but no one answers…
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have several treatment areas that I have paid for that all have different end dates depending on when I purchased the package. I usually schedule all these treatment areas in a single session to avoid ++ appointments. I purposely made a recent appointment for December 13 because my contract was ending on the 18th for one of my treatment areas. It was booked 8 weeks in advance. I got a call 2 days before saying my appointment was going to be cancelled due to flooding. Prior to this, my appointment was cancelled due to a staff member getting ill. I understand that things happen, but I don’t think it is appropriate or fair to expect your clients to then wait weeks for another appointment without extending their contract for an issue that is out of the client’s control. I was told I would be called about my December 13 appointment to speak with a manager and reschedule my appointment. It’s been over a week and nobody has called or answered my calls. The number says I am calling out of office hours which is false because their online website says they are still open. A complete disregard for customer service and respect for clientele.
