Sassy Cuts Langley

Friendly but beware if you have textured hair. Our stylist did not get it. He started chopping away at my son's very dry and curly hair without wetting or combing it out first. We wet the hair at home and now it needs fixing as it's very uneven.

Randy is excellent with kids. I've been taking my son to Sassy Cuts ever since he was 2. Randy has a way to make the little ones feel comfortable while they get their hair cut.

First time there. Hair was cut by Lily who was very nice, gave me a good clean-up cut. Would go again, very friendly.

I call this place and ask if they require appointments or walk ins. The guy on the phone told me that walk ins are welcome. So, I show up and he tells me to "come back later". He didn't specify when, just told me to "come back later" and looked uncomfortable for whatever reason that I was in there trying to get my 2.5 year old kids hair cut. Felt a little unwelcoming for sure. The salon looked a little dirty as well. Aside from the wasted time maybe it's a good thing I didn't get my kids hair cut here.

Took my boys in for a haircut. No appointment, walked in and was served right away by Randy. Really nice guy and seem to have experience cutting hair with young kids. He was fast and made it as comfortable for my boys. Haircuts turned out great and the of course the boys enjoyed their lollipop. The boys like the experience so much they said they want to come back next time.

Loved the cut but I gotta say I think it may have been . . . TOO sassy? I asked for a cut that was 70 to 75 percent maximum sass and what did I get? 85! 85 percent, people! Yikes. I just don't know if I have the kind of self confidence it takes to sport a cut so damned sassy. I'm not complaining, it's a wonderful cut full of the sassy freshness I've come to expect from the sassy folks at Sassy Cuts. I worry for people with a head shape that can't support the same sass level that my own, perfectly shaped sassy head can. An overly sassy cut on a head that isn't suited for such sass could, over time, lead to feelings of alienation and bitterness. Take it from me, having strangers constantly measuring your head to determine whether you've flown too close to the sun with an overly sassy haircut is no walk in the part. It's more like a walk in the dark with a sidewalk made from dirty underwear . . . but I digress. Now, sassy haters gonna sassy hate, this is and always has been a fact of life. I'm just warning those with thin skin to prepare themselves for the onslaught of sassy comments that will be coming your way if you choose to ignore my warning. Now, If you can handle anti-sassers hating you for looking so sassy then go for it. Sass it up. 10/10 - would sass again.
