I had a great experience with Hoon at this location. He is a master level stylist and he knew exactly what I wanted. He was personal, professional, and he asked for my business. I was the first appointment of the day and he greeted me with great energy. I explained to him what I wanted ( but I was very vague because I was scared it was going to be too drastic) and before he started snipping away, he repeated in detail to make sure it was what I wanted. He made some recommendations as to what I should do to make sure my hair would be in top notch condition. Before I left, he handed me a few business cards and said to come back in about 3 months to follow up. Highly recommend

Love Chatters! The ladies are always so helpful and informative. They have great suggestions for pretty much every hair problem I have faced. Their exchange program is perfect and allows you to try something new without the risk. I haven't tried the salon here only the products.

I have to say that I don't ever write reviews but I have never been treated so poorly in my life as I was today at this salon so I have decided that I needed to. I had an appointment today to have my hair lightened. I had a blonde balayage done a few months back at the Seven Oaks location. The stylist I had was amazing and did a great job. She informed me that I may like to visit in a few months to get my hair lightened back up if it goes brassy and should I decided to do that I should only be about $60 to have it toned. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas to do just that. I made my appointment to have this done at the Langley location as I had moved and it is the closest location to me now. I go in today and once sat down with the stylist I let her know that all I was wanting was my hair lightened up a bit. She informed me it would be almost $200 to do so. I let her know that I was told it should only be around $60 for what I was looking to get done and that I wasnt prepared to be spending that much on my hair today. She went to talk to her manager and came back and told me that they wouldn't be able to help me then. I explained again I wasn't wanting the whole balayage re done I just wanted it to be lightened up a little bit as it had gone a bit brassy and I was wanting it to be more ashy blonde. I told her that I was a little confused as I paid less than $200 to have my entire balayage done the first time. (I also had a trim, a wash, dry and style that day) she rudely told me that she was a stylist with more experience and the stylist I had the first time must not have had as much experience as her therefore costing less. All of this being said in a loud tone in front of all the other customers getting their hair done. I quietly asked if there was a different stylist I might be able to see then to have my hair done that has less experience so it would be a bit cheaper. She said no there isnt then quickly took off my black cover and again in a loud voice said my best bet was to go back to the girl who did my hair the first time if I was wanting to pay less money and started showing me to the front of the salon. Everyone was staring at this point so I just said okay and put my coat on and left with my head down. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I was so excited to get my hair done today. I had arranged a baby sitter for my daughter and was looking forward to some me time and I left feeling like garbage. I absolutely can't believe how rude this stylist was to me. She didn't once ask what my budget was and try to give me options as to what they could do for me or even offer to make me an appointment with a different stylist another day she just flat out told me no and sent me on my way. I will never step foot in this salon again. I am absolutely shocked at how terrible the customer service was.

LOVE Danielle. Both my husband and I have been going to see her for a few years now and she always does an amazing job. We live 45 minutes away but it is definitely worth the drive to see her!
