I visited the salon for first time through a known friend. Nasrin, the hair stylist was looking after my hair. I went for the highlights. But I wasn’t aware of highlights are not worth doing after permanent straight hair. Nasrin was very patient and she explained me about the cons of highlighting after perms. Not to mention, she also gave a colour test to see how my hair would be if I go with the highlights. She actually saved my hair. I couldn’t thank her enough. I probably got the best haircut of my life today! My hair is smooth and shiny and I see no dead ends. My hair stylist was Johnathon and he was so accommodating and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my hair. He was friendly and I enjoyed talking to him while he styled my hair. He even offered to take a picture at the end. I could see the effort and consideration he put into my cut and i will definitely be back soon.

I recently had hair cut at this saloon. Sheetal was assigned to me. I am so happy with my hair cut. Sheetal was very detail oriented. She did wonderful job. This was the best hair cut I ever had. She made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sheetal and will come back to her again.

Recently lost my husband and was looking for a cut/ style, dye with highlights. FRANCA, was so sweet, she cheered me up immensely, while providing me with what details of what she was doing ahead of time. She listened, actually listened to what I wanted, and I left with a lot more than ì thought. Highly recommend the staff for their expertise and friendliness. I'm going to be a repeat costumer. I have been going to Essentials Hair Design for quite a few years and tried many different hair stylists. Normally I don't feel comfortable having a man cut my hair but Jonathan was a complete gentleman and did a great job. I was surprised how attentive he was and how he took the time to make sure it was just right. With time and patience, language barriers can be broken. I highly recommend Jonathan and Essentials as a whole. They are keen to make sure you are happy.

I go here to see Adrianna and I'm very happy with the service and salon. I would recommend this salon because of it's location, cleanliness, friendliness of the front counter ladies, and of course because I adore Adrianna who takes walk-ins on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Go see her!

Essentials Hair Design is an amazing place, filled with equally amazing stylists! I've been going here for years and have never left unhappy. I'd trust anyone working here with my hair! They accommodate me and my ever changing hair, either its some wacky colour, or a small trim. Very professional and friendly, definitely recommend this place.
