Terrible haircut. I supposedly had a more experienced hairstylist which I was charged a surcharge for. Hair was different lengths all over. I had to go and get another haircut to fix the disaster I received from this place. If I could leave a minus 5 rating I would.

Omg Such a bed experienced in my life, lady who was cut my hair was very old, she was shivered while she cut my hair, she does all mess my entire hair, finally I have to end up with no hair, finally she charged me $21 too. After she made a mistake still she charged me. I shouldn't pay even a single $. But still I paid what she asked. I will never ever go this location in my life. Boys and gents please don't go there. May she know only how to cut lady's hair. Not mens at all.

If you are a female with short hair, you have to go see Harriet. She just knows how to cut women's hair! She also has an impeccable memory - she always greets me by name with a smile and asks how my mom and dad (whom she has cut hair for as well) are doing, also BY NAME. I've been going to see her for over 5 years and I never have to tell her what to do with my hair - she knows exactly how I like it. Recommended!

I've been getting my hair cut by Julie since I was 11 (I am now 19). Right from the beginning she provided excellent customer service. I am extremely picky about my hair but Julie has never disappointed. Whether I want the same cut as last time, or to try something new, she's got me covered. Due to her extremely kind nature, we have developed a friendship over the past 8 years. Julie is very down to earth, personable, talented, creative and has a great sense of humor. Getting your hair cut by her will be an all around pleasant experience. Ask for her next time you're in need of a haircut and you'll see for yourself.

First haircut experience at this location. As you know this is the fast food version of hair cuts. But as a Man getting a haircut it doesn't get as simple as what I ask for. Not here. The menu board says 14.95 for a Men's haircut. But after a rushed sloppy haircut the price changed to 18.95 plus taxes Because the person that cut my hair could only put a few words in English together she couldn't explain the price difference. I didn't argue the price. Paid and left. I Will never return and warn all of you to do the same. Many choices in Langley other than this. I recommend anywhere but.
