It doesn't matter how cold it gets, I will stop in here for their authentic, world-class gelato without fail. Wide selection of flavours served at just the right temperature for maximum taste, incredibly smooth, pure and natural organic ingredients. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and clearly labelled allergy information make for a worry-free experience if you have dietary restrictions. Simply a top notch establishment all around, and a cut above the other offerings in the area.

Was @ the Niagara On The Lake location twice in 3 weeks and absolutely love the Sugar Free Hazelnut as a diabetic it is one item that I can truly enjoy and not worry about throwing my blood glucose levels way out of whack. I am hooked on this forever and will not purchase any from any other place then Gelato di Carlotta. Staff are always friendly and service is great as well. If you are diabetic and want to be able to enjoy Gelato "Do Not" hesitate to try these guys as you will not be disappointed at all.

This small restaurant has excellent ice cream with good choices for people with dietary restrictions. I am dairy-free and had the choice of lemon, dark chocolate, strawberry, or mango. I combined chocolate and strawberry. They have sugar-free options, and gluten-free cones. This is a small place with very limited seating, so we took our ice cream outside. There is a very limited selection of other food, such as calzone.

The gelato flavours are all intense but smooth. My favourite is the pistachio, but the mango is incredible as well. Make sure you get the loyalty card stamped!
