Tim Hortons

I struggle to understand why I was declined the opportunity to purchase 16@$10 gift cards this afternoon. I purposely went to make this purchase inside (not drive through) during quieter Tim Horton times not to affect the employees work flow and other making other customers wait. No, I can’t sell you that many because my manager is not here after 2pm. That is what I am told. All I wanted to do is purchase gift cards which I must pay for before they can actually activate them. Why does this require a manager? The clerk agreed to sell me 10, really, 6 more were out of line! Very disappointing customer service experience. It is too bad I now have to make another trip to buy people gift cards who are going to be used in your franchises... I bet I could have purchased that many Tim cards at Shoppers Drug Mart without any issues!

I go for breakfast 2-3 times a week around 10-11am at the Bellscorners locations and I find myself always having to go to McDonald after cause there wasn't enough egg to last mornings. This isn't a first time, I feel sorry for the cashiers sometimes on the stuff they have to put up with. Is it not hard to see the number of sales and order correctly? Its been 6 months that this has been a constant issue. Ordering manager or someone should be fired in my opinion. Im tired of paying for more then I get and getting "substituted" for something else cause they already took my money. I've never done a review or had a reason to "go online and vent my current mood" but I just tired of being disappointed and its frustrating

I come to this Tims location 5 days a week. They are always busy nearly always a line and get out in under 5 minutes when we come in as a group of 8. Impressive service thanks and keep up the good work.

Slow service and recently removed recycle/garbage in drive through line up. Cost cutting leading to customer inconvenience. Will now go to McD's instead.

Service inside is often slow and disorganized, drive through is better. Previously, I've tried to order stuff off the posted menu only to be told that they don't offer that at this location.
