One star... just went there after 6 months of not going there because I had a problem with them before...manager gave me a bit of sass when I asked for a double cup. Now this time after placing my order drive up to window and asked there for a double cup.. the response was “next time tell us at the speaker” kind of rudely... well sorry I forgot. I was the only customer there at the time so what’s the big deal don’t know why they need to be rude. I don’t need negativity when I’m spending my hard earned cash. Now I go to McDonald’s whenever I can. Way better service and much better coffee, and cheaper too! Bye bye Tim’s!

Was given Excellent Service today. Food was hot and ready. Didn't wait too long. Had a nice little chat with the cashier! I would definitely come back to this location just for that specific person that made my day! Sir you are a Great Outgoing Person. Thank you for your Wow Customer Service.

Was there around 4:30 today and had to deal with a VERY rude unprofessional employee who was agressive towards a felow coworker simply because she could not input the proper tender into the register. Thing is she didn't even ask for the help, so her rudness was completely unnecessary. I even tried to thank her several times afterwards and she completely ignored me and stormed off to the back bakery. Very frustrated, not impressed.

If your wondering your coffee has a smoky burnt flavor to it. It's because they arn't rinsing the coffee pots. Even after leaving next to no coffee in a pot on the warmer I saw the manager in the morning dump the little bit of coffee and fill it up with the burnt residue on the bottom. 2 star cause service was fast.
