I visited this place , simply looking to get a basic cup of water. I was informed by the staff that I would have to pay $3.99 for the water. I wasn't asking for a bottled, sparkling, or specialty drink—just a standard cup of water, which is typically offered free of charge almost everywhere you go.nWhat made the situation truly disappointing was the attitude of the staff. When I asked about this policy, they were not just unhelpful but incredibly rude and dismissive, making the entire encounter uncomfortable. Good customer service should be a basic standard, and the lack of hospitality here was shocking. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I went through the drive through tonight and ordered an ice cream. I was asked to move up and wait 15 mins for my order.. it’s ice creams. I declined and said “ no, I’ll just wait here.. ice cream doesn’t take long to make”. I had 3 different employees including the manager raise their voice at me and roll their eyes. I do not need to pull up and wait 15 minutes for an ice cream… when I said no I then had 4 employees come to the window all at once to just stair and listen to what was going on.. go do your job and maybe you wouldn’t be so worried about your “drive through times”. There is absolutely no proper customer service at this place. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful attitude towards customers. I will NOT be back.nAlso, I got my ice cream half melted and not full.

So glad they renovated and the playplace finally looks clean and is being cared for. When I was little this was the place that always brought us joy as kids to play in; now I bring my kiddos. Keep up the cleanliness!

Thé hamburger was not cooked properly and the fries on my poutine was not hot. I redeemed all my 14000 points for something that wasn’t even worth to do

I stopped by McDonald’s for coffee and was really impressed — the coffee was excellent, and the place itself was spacious and comfortable, great for a quick stop or even sitting down for a bit.nnHowever, I did have a small issue with my order. I specifically asked for salted butter on my bagel, but it came with unsalted butter instead. It's a small detail, but it makes a noticeable difference in taste. I think McDonald's should consider including salted butter as a standard option or at least ensure requests like this are followed more carefully.nnOverall, great coffee and space — just a little more attention to detail on the food side would make it perfect.
