Tim Hortons

Absolutely terrible... AVOID THIS LOCATION. I'm taking time out of my life to warn you...save you a wasted trip and some unwarranted disappointment. This location messes up a simple single coffee order almost every time I go there. Hate to see what would turn up ordering a meal. Wait times in their drive through are huge compared to other locations I frequent... and I go to Tim Hortons daily and usually more than once. Understaffed? Maybe 1 out of 4 times I actually get my dark roast XL DD correct. Usually just get a regular roast instead. You look very forward to getting that glorious perfect morning cup of joe to start your busy day only to get constantly let down.

The only thing I didn't like was that he used the same rag (without disinfectant cleanser spray) to clean the counter top where the trays are stashed above the garbage station then the tables. Staff are happy and polite.

I keep giving these guys chances, but, they never fail to disappoint. 50% of the time, they get my coffee right. Not a great selection of donuts. On a few occasions, in the drive thru, I requested a particular donut, they didn't have that kind, gave a second option, they didn't have that kind either, after he said they didn't have the third donut I asked for, told him to just cancel my order.

Always a smile and at least 95% of food and order accuracy .. also I'm addicted to Timmy so I maybe a bit biased
