Second Cup

The whole restaurant was not well kept. Dirty tables and there was a huge mess at the milk and sugar station. Most of all, after paying 6$ for a coffee and snack, the employees were right rude with me. Before I could say anything, He handed me my coffee (3/4 full). I like my coffee black so I want my whole cup FULL. The guy looked at me and said very rudely, "why don't you tell us next time?!" How about, I just paid almost half your hourly wage for a 30 second job. I didn't pay for you to be nasty towards me. I asked for a God damn coffee.

The coffee is good .Staff is friendly and welcoming. The seating is comfortable and spacious.

I usually experience unfriendly girls working here who seem displeased to serve you. Today though I was served by a very nice and friendly young man. I hope they continue to staff pleasant individuals who greet you and smile while they serve you. It was very refreshing to not feel like an annoyance. Keep up the good work bud!

Very unfriendly service. The girl did not look at me, did not smile and actually had a frown. When I asked her a question she seemed quite displeased. I don't typically experience this In Canada which is why I decided to rate this particular location. The woman ahead of me in line was treated in the same unfriendly manner. That's too bad as I really enjoyed my egg sandwich. It was very tasty and the girl did heat it to perfection. I will give them 5 stars for that part of the experience.
