Starbucks

Please note: this is my first post about a Coffee Shop. This location's service was pretty good until I went in today January 24, 2018 around 2pm. I was waiting in a line at the entrance, looking at displayed foods, when a lady asked me ''which one attracts you? I can warm it up now." I said "this spinach quiche looks good" After payment, I received my food bag and drink from this young lady (with blond hair, that was paging customers at very end of the counter) After a while, I noticed contents of the bag didn't look 'spinach quiche' I ordered, then I thought it could be someone else's ... So I went to the counter-end lady and asked, "is this spinach quiche?" The lady replied, "that's spinach WRAP. If you want a spinach quiche, you have to go to cashier and order it again" OFFENSIVELY WITHOUT LOOKING AT ME. I was so surprised that I was not able to say anything... I just gave up and had this wrong food. Someone was looking at me like 'pitying'... I double checked with the first lady that warmed up the food, and realized she had misheard. People make mistakes/ misunderstand, which I admit. But this young blond lady's attitude is like an US custom officer's. Rude and arrogant. I know that maybe she had a bad day, but please do not take it on the customer. If you cannot smile to customers, please quit the job because it's not the right place for you to work. I hope I won't encounter this type of employees there.

The absolute best Starbucks in the world! 10/10!! 8/8!! 1542/1542!! Why would anyone shop anywhere else? The staff here are so good and make delicious coffee products.

Service is extremely slow. Inventory is not up to date so I could not even order ahead to bypass the slow service! Yes you have the Chicken Thai wrap. I have one in hand.

This location's service was very good until i went in today. There was one employee, her name is Eevee (if my memorybserves me right, she has platinum/blonde hair) made a mistake with my order. Knstead of iced green tea latte, i got a green tea lemonade. I just told her " i dont think this is green tea latte", took the drinm back and said it's not wihout apologizing. She had this "pissed off" face already when i entered the store, no smile, like "bad day" face. I am not really pissed off, i dont even care if she made a wrong drink for me as she made my drink right after anyway. However, while I was waiting for my deink, she was making somebody else's. When she was finished making the drink, she just left the drink on the counter without telling what and who's the drink for. Me and the customer just stared to each other and even asked me if it was my drink and told him no. She was so rude while answering when the guy asked if it was his drink. I know that maybe she had a bad day, but please dont take it on the customer. I worked in a fast paced service store and i dont handle customers that way, unless they are rude first although i would not suggest that uou would. It was not even busy when i got there. Anyway this happened July 14, 2017, 2:24 pm to be exact. I love the store though.
