Starbucks

Was on my way home from work, thought i stop in for a great cup of coffee at starbucks. Asked for a vent dark (which was the Christmas blend) The attendee said there was not enough for a venti, maybe you would like another...you had blond or something. Would not make another pot of dark. Really. I left and went to the Starbucks in the Ikea mall. Great service there. Totally amazed at the total lack of concern or lack of wanting to make another pot. You only sell coffee!!...But were not able to offer a dark coffee. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location due indifference.

Staff are so very friendly and are happy to see you every time you come in. Drink is always made right and with a smile!

I’ve came into this Starbucks a few times now, mostly in the morning of weekdays before work. I have taken notice that the baristas at this store are treated quite poorly by the higher staff (ie, manager, supervisor). I’ve noticed multiple times these two talk down to the people they work, as well as get very frustrated and talk back to customers, which leaves me with a very poor taste in my mouth. I expected more from Starbucks, as my daughter used to work at one. These are people who you work with, they don’t work for you alone. Treat them with respect and how you wish to be treated.
