The best Starbucks location in Ottawa! Staff is always extremely professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond to assure their customers are satisfied. The negative reviews posted below are honestly laughable considering I go to this specific location daily and have had nothing but fantastic customer service. I can't say enough positive things about this location!

The barista served two people before me, even though I was in line and paid first. Even the people behind me were looking at the barista all confused Then, to top it all off, my drink was severely watered down. Safe to say I'm never going back

I made a mistake of asking the barista for a glass of water just when my coffee was ready. She gave me the most disgusted look and told me to ask for such 'freebies' only at the cashier counter. Not sure why was it a big deal for her when there was absolutely no one standing there waiting for an order. As soon as I got my glass of water, she went back to chatting with her colleague.

Never Again! By far the worst Starbucks I have been to. Not only is the staff rude, but clearly it looks like they hate their job. Warning: if you plan to buy anything from here, be prepared to get drink or coffee completely different from what you ask for. And if you want a remake, lol, good luck with that.

She wouldn't brew dark roast blend. I was ready to wait, she was like nope I won't. Like what!!!!
