Starbucks

I’m giving 5 stars, the service is always amazing, fast and efficient. Also making a comment about one staff member there, her other co-worker quit on the spot and left her and she held it together so well. She was great at multitasking by taking orders as well as making everyone’s drinks at a busy time and continuing to give service with a smile. You have a great employee.

Rude Rude Rude. I ordered a tall Chai tea with almond milk and a muffin, but the barista didn't ask me a name for the order. I went to wait for my things at the end of the counter. The barista who always has long blonde hair in a ponytail called out a chai tea latte like 3 times. So, I told her I think the girl who took my order messed up. I told her what I asked for, and she proceeded to tell me that this is how a chai tea is made, and it must be my first time at Starbucks, and that I must go to Tim Hortons a lot because when someone orders 'Chai tea with almond milk' it means it's a latte. Anyways, she proceeded to get really annoyed by me when I told her if I wanted a latte I would have specifically asked for one. I asked for a simple Tall chai tea with almond milk and a muffin- which, I did not get. But what I did get in return is 5 minutes of being told I'm wrong and I should learn proper Starbucks terminology LOL GIRL BYE

Constantly missing ingredients in very simple drinks, wrong orders, employees not trained properly. Beverage routine not followed resulting in super slow service. Service has been poor since my last experience at Algonquin two years ago.

I asked to confirm what was in the cup on the counter because there was no name and the server replied with "How else was I saying it"
