Awesome place to sit BUT Very SLOW SERVICE. Staff need to be TRAINED on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUT TIME ON group CHATTING. Add 1 more cash counter and 1 more hour to Express beverage line until 4pm. :(

I think customer comes first, they should get that. The person coming to the store should leave with a smile not with anger.

I would give no stars if possible. Employees can’t count change. They ask you to count it for them. Slowest service of any Tims. Sometimes there are 8 people working and none of them are at the cash, they just walk around doing nothing while over 30 people wait in line. Also, they gave me a BLT with no B or T.

Workers are always the inexperienced students, but the manager was there to help so it got the work done right. Worker didn’t speak up when calling out the order though

Me and my friend just bought a 2 ice coffee and a muffin . The staff is so rude the turban guy over there look us as theif and say u guys take the muffin without giving us and say i already give u after a argument he gave us i decide i never go there again for this u can check ur camera and he also make the coffee worst really a bad experince
