I always come to this Tim Hortons and their service is alwayss good. I asked english muffin in the night and they gave me a customization with egg patties which tasted very well

I purchased a drink from Tim Hortons, the vanilla iced cap, that was far too sweet for my taste, states like pure sugar. When I asked to exchange it for a coffee, an item that costs less than the original drink. I was informed that exchanges are not allowed, this has not been my experience at all at Starbucks. I found this policy disappointing, as I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple swap for a more suitable item. It felt like a reasonable request, and I hope Tim Hortons will reconsider their approach to customer satisfaction in situations like this. Makes me not want to go to Tim Hortons, not much competitive advantage verse other coffee shops anyways...

Bad service by employee Simran kaur, i was ordering via drive through, initially she was not sure about the inventory, with every add on in my order they put me on hold. later when i was on the window they gave me a coffee which was not hot enough and when i was confirming my coffee, she shuts the door and start waving her hand toward me. which was really a rude gesture towards a customer.nThis is the first time i have experienced something like that, i would request the owner to train your employees, to keep some patience and have a complete knowledge of inventory to save someone time.

I ordered Medium Coffee RegularnShe made Double double then throw some and put black coffee.nIt taste like hell.nFirst she wrote DD then changed to R.
