Tim Hortons

This place prepares very bad drinks, with a water flavor and when you complain because it is not the same flavor as Tim Hortons, they treat you very badly. unprofessional I do not recommend buying here

I was excited to try their new mango starfruit quencher since I always order coffee but I found a strand of sponge/scrub that is used for cleaning. Disgusting.

This is the WORST Tim hortons in the gta don’t even bother stopping by. The staff have no clue how to take orders they rush you out the drive thru handing a million things in ur hand not waiting for you to put them down and the food quality is TERRIBLE. I ordered a pumpkin later i don’t even know what i was given i literally spit it out in the first sip. The bagel was ROCK hard and i couldn’t even bite into it the cookie they gave me was all broken i don’t understand if you don’t have the proper item or can’t make a drink just say so. $25 gone to waste

I generally don’t have problems here but they messed up my allergy, and instead of my tea with almond milk, I receive a coffee with either milk or cream in it. Clearly not my order, but I thought at least a dairy allergy would have been treated with alertness:/

This location was A LOT BETTER a couple of YEARS AGO. Now everyone just stands around talking instead of preparing customers orders. I've even used Tim Hortons mobile app a few times thinking it will be faster and then I get to the store and they didn't even start my order I place 15 minutes ago, so I still have to wait. There is no point of using the app. I constantly have to wait for missing items and coffee, while there are 6+ employees standing around joking and laughing. I would think that they customers would be priority since without them they don't have a job.
