Have been going to this location since last 3 years. Sorry to say but I have been lately noticing that their service is the worst I have seen ever in any Tim Hortons. We waited 15 minutes for them to understand what we wanted to order, someone in the background was continuosly explained what we were saying. Then the food and drinks were tasteless and they fail to understand their mistakes. They gave us two hot drinks one was hot and the other one was cold and they said it was the way it is and charged us to make another hot one. Their were two more disappointed customers around the same time around 12:15 on May19 23 . The owner or management has to seriously take note of what's going on. Also the food we got was wrong but didn't have much time to argue
It was like I wasn't even there!! First person was going to serve me then just walks away. Second person, gets my drink then puts it on the counter doesn't even say it's there just puts it and walks away. A First I didn't even notice she was done.
Worst Tim Hortons ever!!!! Every time same worst experience. Waited 10-15 minutes in drive thru for a coffee and still they gave me a DD instead of TT. They are focused more on Speed of service and serve incorrect and terrible orders. Should focus more on order quality and accuracy instead of speed.
Not maintaining the taste coffee is bad and chicken as well
I went to the drive thru on my visit as always. Not a ton.of parking anyway. Staff here are friendly the fews rimes I've stopped there. No complaints at all.
