This Tim Hortons has become an absolute joke over the past couple of years. I paid extra for sauce on my bagel once again and guess what? Nothing. That little dot is all they put in there. At this point I think they do this on purpose because it’s not the first time. It's infuriating and embarrassing that they think it's okay to charge more and then scam customers. The new workers are constantly chatting among themselves in their language, completely ignoring the customers. This place used to be great back in the day, but now it's absolute trash. I'm beyond angry—do better and hire people that can actually follow instructions. The people leaving good reviews have either been told to or have probably stopped here 2-3 times. If you’re a regular here, you know how inconsistent they’ve been for so long ex. missing items, wrong order, ignoring you This is probably my final straw, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
DO NOT EAT HERE! I just ate here and almost swallowed a HUGE SCREW!!! I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and as I was eating I noticed a massive screw in my food. Best of all, I went back in to speak to someone about it, and they did NOTHING AT ALL to rectify the matter. Not even an apology. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I never leave negative reviews, but knowing that I could have swallowed a huge screw that could have potentially killed me is absolutely insane. What if I toddler would have eaten the screw? Never eating at tim hortons ever again.
Dec.26’24 7pm . Took over 20 minutes to get my order. Yes, at this Tim’s. Had to wait at the pickup window for an order I placed 10 minutes prior. Not the first time my pick order was “delayed”. I thought mobile was suppose to be quick and painless. Not here. If you want a quick pick up order, I suggest you go somewhere else. According to the employee, you can’t get a refund/credit if you already paid by mobile for something they don’t have when you arrive. Not impressed.
I make mobile orders so I don't have to talk to the staff because they always get it wrong. But no I make a mobile order 2 days in a row and their going to sit there and tell me they don't have my order but when I give them the order number name and what's on the receipt then all of a sudden they have my order. It's very annoying and frustrating having to fight with them just to get an order I PAYED FOR. Get your shit together.
I ordered a bagel with butter and cream early in the morning. They accidentally gave me one with bacon inside. As a vegetarian, I don’t eat bacon, but I was hungry and took a bite before realizing it had bacon. What should a vegetarian and religious person do in this situation?
