Great stop on the way from Toronto to Niagara. The staff was very happy and friendly. They have really cool decor and a nice comfy lobby. No drive thru though. Great. Stop!
Food is just garbage that’s been sitting there for several days just kidding your quiches and chicken is pretty good. Mocha is great. I came here today to pick up my mobile order. They made me a pistachio frappe instead of the cold brew I ordered..which is fine mistakes happen. I nicely told the lady there it was not what I ordered and instead of saying sorry she takes the drink out of my hand and aggressively disposes it in the sink to the point the plastic cup broke. I was so taken back by it. She didn’t even say sorry or anything even after giving me the correct drink I ordered. I am not speaking for the entire staff but she was rude.
Really nice coffee shop in the plaza, the people are always super friendly and greet you when you come in and wish you a good day and my coffee is always on point in taste and accuracy.
I usually go to Southdown location and my shaken brown sugar espresso looked nothing like it usually does. I double checked it was the right drink and was treated like I was idiot And tried telling me the dark drink was the espresso when it was in fact drowned in cinnamon. Then laughed at while trying to fix my own drink. Last time I try not to inconvenience someone who's completely inconvenienced me and condescending. I've been in the service industry a long time and i could never imagine treating someone like that nor is it acceptable. Southtown staff is always friendly and inviting, highly recommend the 5 minute drive for quality and overall care
